What's a game camera?

Are you talking video capturing programs like FRAPS?

If so, then no: they don't break the EULA.

If not: what's a game camera?

Well... I'm not too sure about the EULA or some other rule breaker thing, but whenever I do vids I generally make a story... with some music inside GW.

Personally I use fraps. There's probably better cams out there, but Fraps, from what I heard, is better than a lot of the other cams such as game cam. Dunno though.

If you ever plan on getting Fraps, it's a good idea to read somewhere about how to use it so you can get the best quality possible.
